At Pilates by Jenny, you can expect a creative and challenging approach to your Pilates or Personal Training workout. With variety in movements, directions, and muscles-worked, you'll finish feeling strong, open, and invigorated. Whether you're just starting out, recovering from an injury or already a full-blown athlete, I will design a workout for you and show you what you're capable of!
I was never someone who consistently worked out until I met Jenny. I started attending private lessons to tone up before my wedding but never expected pilates to completely transform my body the way that it did. I quickly started to see results, built lean muscle, strengthened my core and toned my arms. I fell in love with pilates and continued to work out with Jenny over the past few years. She trained me throughout my pregnancy and after, modifying our workouts to continually cater to my needs. I've recently started taking virtual mat classes with her and they are high quality and extremely effective. Jenny is the best of the best and I highly recommend her.
Some workouts you dread, but I always look forward to my Pilates sessions with Jenny because I know they will be fun and effective! When I first started working out with Jenny, my ultimate goal was to develop more of a booty. She has helped me reach that goal and continues to gently challenge me and maintain my lean muscle. Jenny is intuitive - it's like she knows my body better than I do. Working out with Jenny not only keeps me physically fit, but mentally fit as well - she goes beyond fitness and truly cares about your wellbeing.
I have done Pilates for the past eight years. I've had numerous instructors but only one in the last five years. When I found the best, I stuck with the best, and that's Jenny. She's conscientious and dedicated to what's right for me. After having multiple knee surgeries, I am now in better shape than I was years ago. I attribute it to Pilates and the master behind it is Jenny.
