ABOUT JENNY
Jenny Eisenberg became a Pilates Instructor over ten years ago on a whim, after she felt uninspired working in the fashion and media industries in NYC. She had a feeling that teaching Pilates would make her feel more fulfilled, by helping people through movement and creativity.
Fast forward to present day in Los Angeles: Jenny has taught people from every background, desired goal, and ability level. She has worked with the rich and famous, professional athletes, working professionals, clients with injuries, pre- and post- natal women, students, weight loss clients, the elderly, the experienced, and the first timers.

She is passionate about making people feel and look better through private and class Pilates. She has a STOTT Pilates Level 2 (advanced) certification and teaches on all apparatus including the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She specifically chose to study through STOTT because the contemporary style has a reputation for being more athletic-based and incorporates state-of-the-art science discoveries into the movements.

Jenny, a previous competitive runner, believes in taking a more athletic, vigorous approach to her teaching to better challenge and more efficiently improve her clients' results. She loves designing new workouts that incorporate everyday and sports-based movements into it. With various props, movements, and through advancing the exercises, she aims to keep her clients on their toes and ensure they never get bored. She greatly values the relationships and experiences she has with her amazing clients.

With neck and back injuries of her own, she is very empathetic
towards injured clients and works tirelessly to help with their pain and for improvement. She is very knowledgeable about disc issues in particular and is responsive to clients' needs and requests.
Additionally, Jenny has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, holds a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Training Certification, is trained in TotalBarre, and completes annual continuing education in Pilates trainings.
